Kish Appointed To Arizona Department Of Real Estate Committee

Phoenix, Ariz. (Aug 3, 2022) – Christopher Todd Communities’ Director of Property Management, Rachael Kish, has been appointed by the Arizona Real Estate Commissioner to the Real Estate Education Advisory Committee. The volunteer-based board is charged with providing the Arizona Department of Real Estate with recommendations on an array of education opportunities pertaining to the real estate industry. It is a two-year term.

“Rachael has a depth of not just real estate experience, but a specific expertise in multifamily housing which will offer a unique perspective to the work of the committee. We are very proud of her appointment,” said Todd Wood, CEO of Christopher Todd Communities.

Kish joined the Mesa, Ariz.-based Christopher Todd Communities, the leader in the Build-To-Rent real estate niche, earlier this year. Prior to joining the Christopher Todd team, Rachael served as a Regional Portfolio Director in the Phoenix market; overseeing thousands of units across all asset classes – from repositions to Build-To-Rent.
