Kish Appointed To AMA Board Of Directors

Phoenix, AZ (March 20, 2023) – Christopher Todd Communities’ Director of Strategic Initiatives, Rachael Kish, has been sworn into the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) Board of Directors. The AMA represents more than 2700 members in legislative, legal, and regulatory matters.

Kish, an award-winning multifamily industry veteran, has been active in the AMA since 2017. Her role on the board is to support the governance of the organization, promote engagement by the industry, and collaborate on efforts to protect the interests of both property owners and residents, alike.

“Christopher Todd Communities strives to lead by example within the multihousing industry by working to reduce barriers in development to increase the supply of housing and by serving as a friendly advocate for owners, residents, and municipalities,” said Kish.

Arizona’s multihousing industry annually generates 131,000 jobs, $699 million in wages, and an economic impact of $3.8 billion. The AMA, founded over 50 years ago, represents 268,000 rental units and 930,000 renters.
